This study demonstrated that kinematic video assessment technology is safe and non-invasive with a possible and promising clinical application.

The ease of evaluation and the algorithm-based approach make Vi.Ki.E. a broad-spectrum technology, capable of acquiring data from in vitro beating cells to the clinic, through preclinical evaluation and possibly into ex-vivo evaluation such as the approach in the isolated Langerdorff heart.
